Riparian plants – those which grow in or around water – are a treasure-trove of food, medicine, fire, and tools. We’ll look at many of these common riparian plants which grow across North America, such as cattails, mulefat, watercress, willow, mugwort, veronica, yerba mansa, and more. You’ll begin to see a swamp in a whole new light. Join us for the class, and join the conversation that follows.
